07/21/11 - On July 20, Senators Susan Collins (R-ME) and Ron Wyden (D-OR) introduced the Senate’s version of Boiler MACT legislation, S. 1392.  (The EPA Regulatory Relief Act of 2011).  The bipartisan legislation was  co-sponsored by Senators Landrieu (D-LA), Pryor (D-AR), Alexander (R-TN), and Toomey (R-PA).  (Similar, although not identical legislation, (HR 2250) had been introduced in the House of Representatives by Representatives Griffith (R-VA) and Butterfield (D-NC) in June.)
