OSHA to hold Forum on Combustible Dust this Friday, May 13

OSHA has announced that it will hold an expert forum discussion on the regulatory options for reducing combustible dust hazards on Friday, May 13 at 9:00am EST at the Department of Labor in Washington, DC. 

Representatives from various industries, academia, research groups, insurance-underwriter organizations, labor, and government will make up the panel of experts.

Those interested in attending the forum as non-participatory observers may submit their requests to Bill Hamilton with OSHA at 202-693-2077. 

While there will be no option to participate remotely by teleconference or via livestream from OSHA’s website, the agency plans to post detailed meeting notes following the forum on its Combustible Dust webpage:
