This presentation will address an employer’s rights, duties and obligations during an OSHA inspection and will outline a strategy for conducting a complete investigation while minimizing the potential liabilities.  This presentation will discuss recurring issues such as warrants, subpoenas, employee interviews, the production of documents, the protection of trade secrets and business confidential information, the taking of photographs and the taking and preserving of evidence.
