Do you comply with the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)? If so, you may be affected by EPA's new Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) rule, formerly known as the Inventory Update Reporting (IUR) rule. Companies will now have to report a wide array of new information on their chemical substances to the EPA beginning Feb. 1st, 2012.

This is an issue that many in the chemical industry are affected by.

This webinar will provide you with some background on this periodic reporting requirement, the new requirements you will have to meet, various resources you can access to comply and answer any questions you may have.  The speaker will also address reporting requirements for byproducts. Prepare yourself for this regulation and sign-up for this webinar now.

Who Should Join the Webinar?
EHS&S staff and other chemical industry professionals responsible for TSCA compliance.
